It’s perfect and a fair price.
I have called and called customer service to try and order this product. I left messages and emails sometimes they were responded to; mostly they were not. (Please do not take my word for this please check your records and see the ratio.) I bought this phone to not be on the internet. without a customer service response I was forced to go online and buy it there. Yes it was simple and easy. but this is not your customer base! I am your customer base, the guy who buys a flip phone and is trying not use the internet. Looking at the destruction caused by the local wildfires in Los Angeles, and looking at who else has a phone similar to mine, I have to ask if anything happens how will I charge my phone? My answer is to have a second charger in a second location but the frustration to buy it… That is where this rating comes from. Feel free to call me and discuss this if you want to, I’ve left my number many times.
The more charging station around the house, the less likely that her phone will go cold.
