Description

If your device is no longer operational, and you’re unable to back up your data using our built-in backup tool, you may purchase the Sunbeam Data Recovery service to have your data extracted from your old phone and shipped back to you on a micro-SD card, which you can then install in another phone or PC to access your data.

In many cases, it is possible to recover Contacts, Calendar, Messages, Notes, Alarms, and Pictures. In some cases, it may not be possible to recover all data. It is also possible, if the device is severely damaged, that no data can be extracted at all. If no data is recoverable, your Sunbeam Data Recovery service purchase will be refunded.

You must include a printed copy of your paid Data Recovery order receipt with the returned device to ensure proper crediting and processing. We will not be responsible for devices sent to us without documentation.
