The F1 Horizon Cardinal gets you many of the tools you need, such as Camera, Music Player, Weather, Navigation, and Wi-Fi Hotspot capabilities, but without any Google apps or all the distractions of a web browser or social media.

The F1 Horizon feature flip phone series was designed for the people who want all of the great Sunbeam features at a more economical price than the F1 Pro series. This is an upgrade to the original F1 series, with a larger battery, USB-C charging, stronger vibration, and numerous improvements for better durability.
Each kosher phone comes complete with a battery, a USB-C wall charger, a charging dock, and a charging cord.
We’re also introducing a number of new software feature-levels to better serve your desired level of freedom from distraction.

Note: The F1 Horizon Cardinal kosher phone with navigation, weather, and hotspot is meant for North and South America and will not work in much of Europe, Africa, and Asia because it lacks the LTE bands required in those locations.

I am always baffled that these phones don’t show up online when you search for “best dumb phones”. When people are looking for a minimalist phone or a phone for a teen, these are perfect. I love the options that can be chosen. Texting can be done with T9 keyboard or with a small QWERTY keyboard on the touch screen. This phone is much more affordable than many other minimalist phones. And so far is exactly what we need.
Reliving the glory days. Works well, battery lasts 2 days on average.
Love the phone, there a few minor bugs that makes certain actions inconvenient but it does what I need it to do.
I have been looking for a good flip phone for years, and finally here it is! I absolutely love the touch screen, the flashlight, how easy it is to import contacts from the sim card, and so many more features. Thank you so much for meeting the need for a good “dumb phone”.
The first week of service has gone very well.
Having newly retreated from more than a decade of “smart” phone use, I *did* opt for the Premium subscription, to make full use of the navigation and weather features, and to supplement the keyboard options with voice-to-text.
I also advise other purchasers, those who have access to, for example, e-mail through an internet-connected computer, to learn your phone service provider’s “SMS gateway” e-mail suffix. In my case, this allows forwarding of information to my phone and of URLs from my phone to browser-capable hardware.
Also, I did muff my first attempt to install the protector for the subscreen. For my second attempt, with a new screen kit, I used delicate-surface masking tape to fashion an installation handle for the screen protector, and tape guidelines to more clearer distinguish the long edges of the subscreen.
I look forward to continued satisfaction with this phone.
