4 reviews for F1 Pro Oak – Rugged Dumbphone without Media

This has turned out exactly what I was looking for. Phones out and phone answers. Receives texts. And allows text responses three ways: T9; alpha-numeric; and voice to text.
NOT 5G or my two previous flips as 4G LTE it is not always searching for a signal and running the battery down.
Now without media; internet connection; or even camera and photo album I feel safe loading up family and friends contact info including relationships and birthdays.
Ahhh. Sunbeam need to ship the touch screen enabled with a slim stylus for the alfa-numeric usages.
Set up using Boost Mobile out here far rural PNW mountains. In house wi-fi enables to get in-house reception is working out fine too.
Thanks Folks!!
A sleek, modern flip phone without the downgrade. I’m an entrepreneur and use the Sunbeam over the weekend when disconnecting from my clients and digital demands. Worth every penny!
I used an older version (Orchid) for two years before, and it got beat up enough that I felt like this would be a worthwhile upgrade. I like it a lot, it looks great, feels great to use and hold, and it runs much faster and smoother than the old version. Audio quality is better too. Maps and Weather work great just as before, and I’m very happy with the constant updates that are always rolling out, it always feels like the UI gets better with each one. I have two issues, but one of them is my own fault for failing to fully read the phones specs; I did not realize that this phone has NO CAMERA OR PHOTO CAPABLITIES at all. Cant take pictures, can’t send pictures, can’t receive pictures, and can’t save them on the phone. So be aware of that if you get this. But that was my fault. I do wish there was a version of this phone that was exactly the same, but just included camera and photo capabilities. However, it’s not a huge deal, digital cameras can be obtained fairly cheaply nowadays and email is a better way to send and receive pictures anyways. My only other issue is more serious; the little covers for the Audio and Charging ports are VERY tight! I suppose that’s good for water and dust proofing, but it’s annoying to open at night when I want to charge it. I CANNOT open it with my fingernail, it just breaks away little bits of plastic when I try to open it. I have to get a knife or small screw driver to really get down in there to pop it open. I’m honestly considering just cutting off the cover, it’s that annoying. The value of it’s water and dust protection are the only reasons I still have it on. It definitely loses a star for that, but everything else is great!
the service was good- the products battery life is not long, always needing to charge
